In December 2020, the European Commission launched a much-heralded and far-reaching reform of the rules governing online commerce and activity.

As the Companies Act 2014 (Ireland) requires company directors to appoint a ‘suitably qualified’ individual to the company secretary position, we have partnered with the Law Society of Ireland to provide this short qualification.
