Bernadette has been a Chartered Governance Professional since 1994. The first years of her career were spent in in-house roles with BAe Systems, Britvic, RSA and Royal London Asset Management. She now supports the company secretarial and governance needs of various companies through the specialist consultancy firm she co-founded, Indigo: Independent Governance.
