CGIUKI CEO to step down in Autumn 2025

The Chartered Governance Institute, UK & Ireland (CGIUKI) today announced that Sara Drake will be stepping down from her role as CEO in the Autumn to focus on her non-executive roles along with other projects. Recruitment is now underway to find her successor.

CGIUKI President, Charlie Brown said, “Sara has been an outstanding CEO, guiding the Institute through a transformational period over the last six years. We are grateful to Sara for her dedicated leadership and will have the opportunity to convey our thanks and good wishes in the coming months.”

The recruitment process has commenced, with external support.
