What does a Discover Day involve?
Discovery Day at Aviva in London
Hosted in partnership with Aviva, Flex Legal and Ingen Partners, participants gained first-hand insight into the governance profession through interactive workshops, career talks and networking opportunities. A highlight of the day was an AGM planning challenge, where attendees worked together to tackle real-life governance scenarios and present their recommendations. Attendees also took part in career story roundtables with governance professionals, learning about different career pathways and the day-to-day realities of governance roles. Expert speakers provided practical advice on CV writing, job searching, recruitment processes and CGI qualification pathways, while also exploring alternative routes into the profession.
