The South East of England branch offers a variety of events to support your professional development at every stage of your career. George Coleman is a Manager in the Company Secretarial Services unit of PricewaterhouseCoopers (Ghana) Limited with over 10 years working experience with the firm. George is a Fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (FCG) and holds a MSc. in Financial and Legal Management from the University of West London. He is a specialist in regulatory advice, corporate compliance review, statutory due diligence review, Technology Transfer Agreements (TTA) review, foreign exchange control matters, pathfinder & inward investor services, company secretarial services as well as immigration services including obtaining work and residence permits for clients' expatriates.
