This workshop will be held on Tuesday 15th October 2024 in the boardroom at LK Shields, 38 Mount Street Upper, Dublin 2 It will start at 9am and finish at 12.30pm.

Content

  • Introduction to the relevant company law in Ireland and types of entity
  • Role of the Secretary and the other members of the Board
  • The statutory records you must keep
  • Introduction to basic precedents
  • What goes to the Companies Registration Office
