Our special interest groups bring like-minded governance professionals together. You might have a specific area of interest, work in a certain sector, or feel underrepresented in the profession. Explore our existing special interest groups — or start your own — and get involved to share learning, solutions and to support each other.

Chartered Governance Practitioners' Group

Do you work in professional practice? The Chartered Governance Practitioners’ Group is for governance professionals who provide company secretarial services to clients of their employing firms. Members usually work in firms of accountants and solicitors or in public practice.

Small Listed Companies Group

Networking and learning opportunities for governance professionals working at AIM listed or small cap businesses, as well as companies with IPO aspirations. Meet others who share the challenges faced by governance professionals in small businesses and access content tailored to the legal, regulatory and best practice requirements applicable to smaller listed companies.

Women’s Chartered Governance Association (WCGA)

A not-for-profit organisation, run by industry volunteers, supporting the personal and professional development of women chartered governance professionals for over 100 years.

The Worshipful Company of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (WCSA) 

Become part of the rich history of the City of London by joining this Livery Company. Most members are senior company secretaries and administrators working in commerce, financial services, public service and not-for-profit organisations.
