Lorraine Clover

Lorraine is currently company secretary of Reach plc. She joined just over a year ago, so, as well as the challenge of producing the annual report, she’s also had to deal with starting a new job entirely remotely. Before embarking on her secretarial career, Lorraine was a financial services lawyer in private practice for many years, but since becoming a company secretary has worked for Shawbrook Bank, Rio Tinto and Prudential/M&G, and was, of course, involved in the annual report for all of them.
