We are delighted to announce that bookings for the 2024 Awards are now open.

This year’s celebration of corporate governance will take place at the stylish Royal Lancaster London on 5 November 2024, and we hope you will be able to join us!

Single seats are available or tables of 10 or 12 seats.

The last date to be invoiced, to pay later for your booking is 20 September. After this cut-off date, all bookings must be paid for at the point of booking, by a card.

Cancellations

Once your booking has been processed, cancellation terms will apply.

Any bookings (tables or tickets) made via email are subject to the same terms and conditions as those on booked online. Emails will be taken as written booking confirmation.

If you wish to cancel your booking for the awards ceremony, cancellations must be received in writing at least 90 days prior to the ceremony in order to receive a full refund (minus 30% administration charge). Cancellations made after this time will not be accepted and the booking will be charged at full price. Awards attendance bookings are also non-transferable.

CGIUKI cannot offer refunds due to a terrorist alert, act of God or the curtailment of public transport, unless the event is cancelled.

Invoices must be settled within 30 days.

Filming and Photography

Please note that we may take photographs, video and audio footage of the event, which may include speakers and attendees and this may later be used in editorial features and/or in marketing and promotional material. If you wish not to be included in any footage please speak to the event organiser onsite at the event.

Audio and visual recordings or the distribution of commercial materials are not permitted without our prior consent. We can accept no liability for damage to or loss of personal belongings at the event venue.
