Sallie is an experienced executive director, delivering communications, corporate disclosure, financial and non-financial reporting, corporate governance, ESG and sustainability and stakeholder engagement.
She is currently a senior advisor to The Investor Forum, focused on improving the dialogue between boards and investors. She is also a member of the FRC’s Advisory Panel and Stakeholder Insight Group and Accounting for Sustainability (A4S) Communications Group. Recently she was an owner and Executive Director of Black Sun plc, a stakeholder communications business, and on the Board of the Investor Relations Society, as well as a member of the Best Practice Committee for stakeholder engagement.
