Beyond Governance is a specialist governance advisory firm, founded in 2019 and led by CEO Erika Eliasson-Norris FCG, the Chartered Governance Institute's Governance Professional of the Year and sole Governance Assessor to the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry, the largest public inquiry in UK history. We work with boards in three ways.
Interim company secretarial support. Experienced governance professionals embedded in your team within 48 to 72 hours, covering maternity leave, resignations, recruitment gaps, transactions and multi-entity workloads. Outside IR35, and not a recruitment agency.
Boardroom advisory. Board effectiveness reviews, governance framework design, subsidiary and group governance, and support through transactions, restructures and regulatory change including Provision 29 and ECCTA.
CPD-accredited training. Governance and leadership courses for boards, committees and governance teams, delivered live or on demand.
