His technical skills, market knowledge and experience help to identify innovative solutions that will have a material impact for our clients. Patrick has over 20 years’ experience within investment banking, trading, clearing, financial infrastructure institutions, technology, UK and US listed (FTSE250/NYSE) and fintech/blockchain start-up environments.

Chelsea is a Chartered Company Secretary with extensive experience in the professional services sector providing governance and entity management services.
