Graduate membership

Our graduate members are those who have completed either The Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme or a validated masters degree. Graduates show their subject understanding and academic success by using the post-nominals GradCG. Achieving GradCG status demonstrates high level mastery of the many subjects relevant to governance and compliance.

Our Graduates typically progress quickly to Chartered Membership, which will require a relevant qualification and up to eight years' relevant work experience, depending on whether you apply for Associateship or Fellowship. Experience gained whilst you are qualifying also counts, which means that some members, after becoming a Graduate, can progress straight from their examinations to becoming Chartered.

Fees

The 2023/24 annual fee for Graduate members is £385 and digital membership for reduced rate countries is £210. View all countries that are eligible for a reduced rate.
