David Gracie, Director and Co-owner, Indigo Governance

David joined Indigo as Director and co-owner in June 2021. David performs the role of Company Secretary for both listed and private companies, covering all core duties including board support and corporate activity, and takes the lead on a range of governance projects including the Annual Report and Accounts. Prior to joining Indigo, David was at KPMG where he had led the Global Company Secretarial division since 2016, and had previously spent 17 years at Makinson Cowell providing corporate governance and investor relations advice to FTSE 350 boards. David is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, having qualified as a company secretary in 2005, and is also a Trustee of the Mulberry Schools Trust, a multi-academy trust based in East London

Maria Willis, Head of Secretariat, Hargreaves Lansdown plc

Maria is Head of Secretariat at Hargreaves Lansdown plc, a FTSE 250 financial services company based in Bristol. A fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, Maria has worked in company secretarial roles for over 20 years, ranging from a property company to an international engineering consultancy. She previously worked for Nationwide Building Society where she held roles in the Secretariat and Risk functions, latterly supporting the Chief Risk Officer directly. Maria is Company Secretary to two regulated subsidiaries within the HL plc group and is Secretary to the Executive Risk and Board Risk Committees. She has a BA Honours from Stirling University where she studied Business Studies and Japanese.

Josh Palmer, Head of Content and Research, OnBoard
