Risk management is essential to ensure that the business is not overly exposed to risks that can be mitigated or otherwise managed, especially given the realities of the current business climate. This essential course covers an overview of the risk management fundamentals and is aimed at those with a basic understanding but who wish to know more.

- The key components in the design of a risk management framework for your organisation;
- The difference between risk management and assurance;
- How human factors, including individual and collective risk appetite, influence risk behaviours;
