Welcome to The Chartered Governance Institute, Sri Lanka branch. We provide support to the Institute's members and students in Sri Lanka, Asia and UK members in Australasia.

This essential half-day programme is specifically designed for individuals newly appointed to the role of Company Secretary, as well as those providing company secretarial support within organisations incorporated under Irish company law. Effective company secretaries are more valuable than ever. But that value depends on up-to-date skills, contacts and expertise.

The online event will be focussed more for students, at whatever stage in their studies, to provide them with an opportunity to ask the questions pertinent to their respective qualification. However, this webinar is not just for students, we would love it if qualified members also joined to help pass on their own experiences, hints and tips. In addition, there will be representatives from the CGI training team to help answer questions.
