Wellbeing
The Wellbeing Committee has been working hard behind the scenes since it's launch. How are you? No, How are you really? It is a question that is often asked without thought, the reply never a full answer. Over the coming months we will be addressing mental health and the stigma surrounding it that still exists today. Mental Health is regularly in the news and can have a huge impact on our everyday life. Even living on the Island, we are aware of the impact mental health has on our community.
